In depth

Verdict

Cadogen Square gets the confident vote with Komreyev Star and Dominer rating the main dangers. The selection has been in good form of late without winning but a reproduction of his latest second behind Baytown Flyer would make him hard to beat. He also looks sure to be suited by this longer trip. Komreyev Star rates the main danger as at least he is proven over the trip and was a fair third behind Bulgaria last time. He hails from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market. Dominer is another worthy of respect as he won well last time out when beating the selection. However strictly on these revised terms he has a little to find and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Make It Happen Now also won well last time out when beating Bold Phoenix but he has yet to prove he will stay this trip. Serene Pearl is another with place claims on her best form but has been done no favours by the draw and for the winner we return to Cadogen Square .
