        Verdict

        Unbreak My Heart, Conquisto, and Drill Sergeant make most appeal in this handicap and the vote is given to Unbreak My Heart. Roger Charlton's colt finished a decent second behind Mangham last time out and a reproduction of that effort would give him a serious chance here. The confidence is fuelled by the fact that he is proven on this ground and with this in mind he looks to have solid claims. Conquisto returned to form with a good run behind Ascot Lime last time out and he is another that will have no problems with this ground. Drill Sergeant is a tough sort and this colt from the Mark Johnston yard will have no problems with the ground so he should run his race. By Command was returning from a break last time and although he was disappointing that day, he has to be respected now that he is eased in grade. This is a tough race for punters to call and Unbreak My Heart is put forward as the pick.
