        Verdict

        Vienna Affair gets the confident vote in this maiden; the list of dangers is headed by Dontpaytheferryman and Royal Degree. The selection ran really well on her debut at Newbury when she finished third behind Badweia. She should learn plenty for the experience and with the ground to suit she sets the benchmark for the rest. Dontpaytheferryman showed improved form last time but he did disappoint on soft ground on his debut and on that basis he looks opposable. Royal Degree would have claims on his best form and this is easier than the race he contested last time when he finished well down the field. A market move for Rae Guest's Minnola could be of interest, but for the winner we are happy to stick with Vienna Affair.
