Verdict
Hot Love is an interesting runner at this level, having won a similar event at Longchamp on soft ground. If she can handle todays quicker surface, she looks sure to give a good account. Ivory Bay, whose win at Musselburgh was given a boost when the runner-up in that event, Toni Alcala went on to win a handicap next time, should play a prominent role. The Count has had plenty of chances and looked none too keen last time, but his former stablemate Ischia, is taking a drop in class and looks the one to be with. Sunridge Fairy, the winner of a couple of minor events on the all-weather, looks to have too much to do in this company.
