Verdict

EMILIA JAMES made her debut here last week and was well supported but found Almane too strong in the closing stages. The winner already had experience and the remainder were left trailing so it will take a very good effort to prevent Mark Johnston's filly going one better. Richard Fahey trains that winner and has two entries here. Shazzab is a half-sister to four winners up to a mile so should have pace to burn though she's not quite as well drawn as Suanas, who is also speedily-bred. Royal Crown is related to numerous winners, mostly sprinters, while Foxy's Spirit is the first foal of a winning sprinter.
