      Verdict

Zoom Star won this last year before completing a double at Catterick but hasn't been seen since November. FORESEEABLE FUTURE (NAP) has really found his form in recent weeks, coming with a late burst to complete a double with a bit in hand at Windsor. This stiff track should play to his strengths and a hat-trick looks on the cards. Hot Scoop completed a hat-trick in 2020 which blew his handicap mark. He'd gradually been coming down the weights before scoring at Catterick but is back up another 5lb. Excessable could only finish sixth in an amateurs' race at Thirsk on Friday while Southwell winner Birdie Bowers was engaged in the 7.50 at Redcar last night.
