Verdict
Those who saw Three Saints Bay storm to an easy victory over an extended 7f here last week won't want to miss him with just a 6lb penalty. Danny Tudhope was able to set a slow pace before quickening right away in the straight and though he may not be afforded such leeway this time his mount looks well ahead of the handicapper. Club Wexford is at the top of his game having won three times already this season though like the selection he's best when making the running, as he did at Ayr last time. It's possible this pair may set up the race for MONAADHIL (NAP), twice a winner over the trip as a juvenile and just beaten on his reappearance at Bath before finding 1m2f stretching his stamina at Epsom. He's only had five runs and should be capable of better so gets the vote. Mont Kinabalu won over slightly shorter here in April and followed up in better company at Haydock. He didn't look anywhere near his best on the latter track last month and would be a threat at his best. Detatchment has disappointed since winning over 1m2f here in May.
