In depth

Verdict

PALMER has been placed in six of his nine starts. He looked like he would benefit from a drop back in distance when sixth over 6f at Thirsk on his reappearance and this presents a good opportunity. Three Little Birds ended her first season with a victory on Polytrack. She was often thereabouts beforehand and handles Turf so looks the danger as Forever In Love is having her first run for Bob Cowell having failed to win in five starts for Sir Michael Stoute, though she did close at Wolverhampton and Haydock last summer. The others have some improving to do.
