Verdict

WHERE'S REILEY had a profitable time of things over the winter, especially in selling and claiming grade. 13 of his 15 wins have come on the all-weather but he appears much improved on turf of late and recently scored on grass for the first time since making a successful debut at Newcastle way back in the spring of 2009. His turf rating is now only 2lb below his all-weather mark and he can go in again if maintaining the level of recent efforts. Putin has a 6lb penalty for a cosy Lingfield success just three days ago, a first win on turf in 31 tries. He'll be prominent again whilst Marvelino, who hasn't really lived up to expectations, looks next best in a low-grade affair.
