This is a competitive handicap in which course and distance winners Mandoob, Flying Spirit and Gabor are all respected, but we will take a chance here on the Ian Wood mare Most-Saucy. The selection has dropped back to a favourable mark and looks interesting on a course that clearly suits her style of running. Her last win came at Epsom back in July but she ran well for a long way behind Wasted Talent last time and with Liam Keniry taking off a useful 3lbs she looks worth chancing at a big price. Mandoob is another that goes well at this track, but he was disappointing last time behind Maniatis, even though his jockey later reported that the saddle had slipped. Flying Spirit is back on the flat after a spell over hurdles, and he would certainly have claims here on the pick of his flat form. Gabor would have chances on his best form but he has been well below that level of late and he is readily opposed. Glory Quest is the other worth a second look in the market, but we are happy to seek a bit of value in the race in the form of Most-Saucy.
