Verdict
Miss Monica can land the opener at the expense of Danish Monarch and the locally trained Primed Up. The selection was in winning form when last seen out over course and distance when getting the better of Prince Valentine. Although she was breaking her maiden tag that day she had performed well at the track in the past and is taken to score once again. Danish Monarch is one to note in the betting market as he has run with credit at the track in the past and was in winning form at Bath on his penultimate start prior to finishing fourth at Folkestone last time out so any market moves should be noted. Primed Up comes from a yard doing well at present and was in winning form over course and distance before being outclassed at Newbury last time out. Back in grade here he has to be respected but for the winner we return to Miss Monica.
