        Verdict

        Mick Easterby runs three in this weak opener and Emma Told Lies looks to be the pick of the trio and has to be respected, however we will take a chance on the only debutante Eastern Premium, with Lansdown put forward as the main threat. The fact that Riichard Fahey puts this filly straight into selling company suggests she is no world beater, however she is nicely bred and the stable is in hot form. Her dam Make Ready was a five time sprint winner and she is related to a two-year-old winner Xpressions. The market will be the ultimate guide and so if supported take note. Lansdown is steadily improving and wasn't beaten far by a decent looking newcomer Beau Sancy last time. If continuing the progression she will be hard to beat. Emma Told Lies landed a course and distance seller last time in good style and should be thereabouts again. However Eastern Premium will no doubt be fully wound up for her debut and can make a winning start to her career.
