Mark Johnston hits the target regularly with Brighton raiders and boasts an impressive strike rate over the past five years. ALWAYS ENDS WELL has every chance of adding to his tally after showing plenty of pace last time when only collared late on in what may well be a decent northern juvenile contest won by Ebony Clarets. That effort clearly sets the standard although Pitt Rivers rates a potent threat to the selection. Channon juveniles have a fair record here and this colt did well to make the top six last time after a sluggish start in the Newbury maiden won by Magic City. He'll know more this time. Pius Parker is quite an interesting newcomer and is worth monitoring in the market.
