    Verdict

STORMINGIN (NAP) has put together a string of highly commendable placed efforts and this could just be the day when he puts a deserved victory on the board. He ran an excellent second at Sandown just five days ago and a repeat of that run will make him hard to overcome in what looks an easier assignment. Both Archimento and Sussex Girl have course and distance successes to their name and finished first and last here earlier in the campaign. Expect a much better effort from the latter though as that was her seasonal reappearance and she showed up well until fading late on. She'll strip much fitter here and this is her optimum trip. Wink Oliver is steadily inching down the weights and Settle Petal is useful in her grade and should not be overly inconvenienced by stepping up one level now.
