      Verdict

      TANGLED won over course and distance twice earlier in the summer and still finished ahead of Al Erayg in a more competitive affair at York last month despite missing the break. Baltic Baron was second off a higher mark at York last month but that was over 1m2f. Old News has gone close the last twice over 7f and is still on a decent mark with Joanna Mason able to use her allowance while Amaysmont is eased in grade but hasn’t won since his debut here two years ago.
