Verdict
Licklighter produced pleasing form on both starts after joining the Morgan team last season from Ireland but hasn't been seen since July. He'll be well suited by forecast conditions, though, and the booking of Brian Hughes suggest connections mean business. The 10-year-old will not want any deterioration in the going and is definitely interesting but EAMON AN CNOIC will find this far easier than when coming home in mid-division in the Paddy Power Plate at the Cheltenham Festival won by The Shunter. He was far from disgraced that day and has enjoyed a productive season. He should go well again in a race in which nothing can be ruled out with confidence with Dali Mail suggested as a decent alternative to the aforementioned pair.
