Verdict

AYE RIGHT continued his good progress over hurdles with a victory at Kelso on his return to action. The hat-trick beckons for Harriet Graham’s charge given Becky The Thatcher, Bordeaux Bill and Eternally Yours were all beaten last time having won their penultimate starts. The latter finished five lengths behind Crixus's Escape at Ayr back in March and it remains to be seen how Gillian Boanas’ charge copes with a 6lb rise on his reappearance. Knock House is not badly treated on his second at Musselburgh at the start of the year and Piton Pete is 2lb higher than when scoring over fences here in March.
