Verdict

Cultram Abbey was never going at Sandown last time but won a higher grade chase than this at Kelso before that. GROUNDUNDERREPAIR (NAP) also disappointed when sent off favourite on his latest outing at Kelso though it was fast going on that occasion and today’s underfoot conditions will suit better. Richard Johnson is on board once again and Warren Greatrex’ charge gets the vote. Dr Des could go well off his current mark while both Len Brennan and Ash Park are usually thereabouts with the former having more scope for improvement.
