Verdict
FIRST BOMBARDMENT is looking to end a long losing run but has been thereabouts at Ayr in both starts since joining Gordon Elliott and, partnered by Jamie Codd, gets a token vote in something of a lottery. Epeius won under today’s amateur at Hamilton last month and Arcanista had gone close over today’s trip before struggling in one of these events over 7f. Shortbackandsides and Maureb were placed at Leicester and Pontefract respectively on their latest starts and Cosmic Chatter slips further down the weights so can't be ignored.
