In depth

Verdict

Finisk River made mistakes on his hurdling debut at Bangor but wasn’t beaten far and will strip fitter today. Now Children was also let down by his jumping on his reappearance at Stratford but Blueskyandsunshine finished second at Uttoxeter early last month, though didn’t really improve on that when finishing in mid-division at Perth. DONT GO GENTLE had two runs in bumpers last season, the second in a Listed race at Cheltenham. He’ll know what’s required today and may have too much speed for these.
