Verdict
A ten runner field goes to post for this novices chase but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning but the principals appear to be Ceresfield Zsarabak and Elfleet Bay and the confident vote goes to Ceresfield. The mare from the Richard Guest yard has plenty of experience over the larger obstacles and although she is giving weight to all her rivals a reproduction of her latest second behind Night Fighter would make her hard to beat. Zsarabak rates the main danger he was a fair third behind Master Henry last time out and a reproduction of that effort gives him definite place claims. Of the remainder Elfleet Bay can be the only other one to be considered but he is still a maiden after 15 attempts and for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. The rest need to better their best to trouble the judge.
