In depth
Verdict
Nothing ruled out with any real confidence but METHODTOTHEMADNESS impressed with the nature of her success at Hexham, suggesting she's starting to enjoy life over fences and is capable of taking an 8lb increase for that win in her stride. She previously ran an excellent race here on her first completion over fences (unseated on debut) and that course experience is another plus. Authorize came good on his second chase start and looks a likely improver at the age of six. He's seen as the main threat, although recent Southwell winner, Brotherly Company, can also take a hand. The remainder are not easily discounted in a trappy contest.
