Verdict

Munsaab won this last year off a 7lb higher mark and is bidding for a third course and distance victory but hasn’t raced since October. A 9lb rise for winning at Fontwell looks harsh on Royals And Rebels while the longer trip could be a problem for Shine Away. PRETTY MISS MAHLER was still in front at Kelso last time when over-jumping and coming to grief on the final circuit. She still looks to be on a fair mark and her attacking style should be suited to this unique track. Sam Noir is not without a chance and neither is Captain Mowbray but Grandads Horse is not the force of old.
