Verdict
A poor maiden in which TIGER REIGNS is narrowly preferred to Agent Stone and Nassau Beach. A drop back to this six furlongs didn't seem too obvious on two starts last season but his trainer did have a winner the other day so we'll hope that the gelding's class can see him through. Agent Stone is qualified for handicaps. He shaped with a little promise on debut at this course after making a horlicks of the start. Nassau Beach took on much better company than this as a juvenile so the market has to be watched. Street Spirit has a distinctly American led pedigree so could be anything. Gore Hill and Ivor Novello were of limited ability as juveniles and it is to be hoped for the owner's sake that they have shown some measure of improvement for the winter. This race seems unlikely to generate anything of note but for the purposes of today, Tiger Reigns looks the most likely on paper.
