Verdict
Izzykeen gets the confident vote with Young Scotton and French Venture rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth behind Miss Cospector in a better race last time out, this looks easier and with this shorter trip sure to suit he is impossible to oppose. Young Scotton rates the main danger on his best fiorm of last season but he was pulled up on his first run this season so he can not be put forward with any confidence. However he should be noted in the market with his yard in form. French Venture is another worthy of respect he was a fair second behind Nought To Ninety last time and looks sure to improve. Mooramana showed ability in bumpers and is expected to improve for hurdles but he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip but for the winner we return to the race fit Izzykeen.
