Verdict
A poor race to end a poor card with the money likely to be for the hat-trick seeking Distant Cousin and Colway Ritz. These could be a favourites worth opposing on the exchanges with TEAMtalk preference going to Clive Brittain's Shush who has an excellent chance if adapting to this longer trip. He has run well at sharp tracks before and could go well at a decent price. Another worth consideration is Cosmic Case who returns from a two month break and has the right credentials to pick up this sort of end of season affair. Witchs Brew is an interestingly named runner at this time of year and this lightly-raced gelding could run well with his pipe-opener out of the way. The market should be the best guide to this horse's chances.
