Verdict
Silver Sash has an obvious chance in a race where the only battle should be for the forecast spot that is taken to go to Twilight Years ahead of Aston Lad. The selection has shown plenty of promise in both of her starts so far over 10 furlongs and is entitled to improve for the longer trip today as she is stoutly bred on the dam's side. The opposition looks thin on the ground and Tim Easterby's son of Silver Patriarch, Twilight Years, is a token choice to follow the selection home, with the longer trip sure to suit. Aston Lad looks nothing out of the ordinary and hails from a stable with a poor strike rate. Similar comments apply to I'm A Dark Horse, Bien Good and Duncanbil, while the newcomer Kyber makes limited appeal on pedigree in a race that is taken to go to Silver Sash.
