Verdict
NENDRUM landed a gamble at Musselburgh in convincing fashion and dropping back to 2m has brought about considerable improvement. It’s no surprise that Sandy Thomson turns him out again quickly under penalty given he’ll be going up 8lb from next week. Snowed In also has 7lb extra after winning a seller here 10 days ago for the second year running. Hartside was third that day but is difficult to win with given he normally gives away ground at the start. Akula is only a plater but Hit And Run arrives off the back of a win at Sedgefield and is still on an upward curve.
