Sunday City has been most consistent and can pay to follow at the expense of Red Man, Uncle John and Hue. Sunday City opened his account over hurdles at Huntingdon in November when given a confident ride by Tom Greenway, and the former David Loder inmate has continued to run well in defeat since, finishing second on a return to that venue and more recently Doncaster. Only just touched off on Town Moor, he looks all set to make amends on ground that suits. Red Man is nine-years-old now and does not have the same scope obviously, but was third in a grade 3 contest here on his latest start, so can be involved. Uncle John was successful over the course-and-distance on New Year's Day, but that was in selling company and he will have to raise his game here. Hue was placed on two of his three outings over timber last season and also went close on a couple of occasions on the Flat in 2005, so any support in the ring should be noted. Gift Voucher has topweight but he was highly-rated by connections 12 months ago and will come on for his return at Haydock in November when patently in need of the run. Wally Wonder and Charlie Tango both have place claims as well, but Sunday City is fit and fancied so is the pick.
