Verdict

An early blunder at Newbury on his chasing debut seemed to knock the stuffing out of ONE TRACK MIND. Warren Greatrex’ charge gets another chance in this given his superiority over timber having won the Champion Stayers Hurdle at Punchestown back in April. Vintage Clouds has shown some promise over fences though was no match for Politologue when runner-up at Haydock. He still finished well ahead of Delusionofgrandeur while Work In Progress looks exactly that having found one too good at Kelso on his recent chasing debut.
