Verdict
PEMBA had little to beat at Doncaster but an earlier second at Warwick was a solid enough effort and Alan King's filly should be capable of giving the weight away to Miss Ranger. The latter was probably a bit flattered to get within a length of favourite Berland over course and distance last month, though was a consistent sort on the Flat and won't go down without a fight. Our Kylie was outclassed at Aintree last time but wasn't progressing in the autumn and jockey bookings suggest newcomer Wishing Well is preferred to more-exposed stablemate Multi Grain.
