    Verdict

Smashing Lass, Go Annie Go and The Fluter finished in that order when the trio clashed here in July and there should be very little between the front pair once again. both having proved themselves quite useful in this particular grade. However, neither may cope with CAPLA GILDA (NAP), a cosy winner on his first start for the thriving Archie Watson team and a good third in an above average seller at Newmarket subsequently. Notthewhitehart produced an improved effort second time up for a yard enjoying a fine season and completes the shortlist.
