        Verdict

        Most of these have been racing over 6f, including LOVIN. The latter made a promising debut in a decent Class 2 maiden race at Goodwood and may well improve past the previous winners. Successful at Yarmouth and Lingfield respectively, Autumn Splendour and Isaan Queen were both beaten carrying penalties on their latest outings and it remains to be seen how well Sparklealot copes penalised 6lb for scoring at Leicester recently. Bobby Ewing was still beaten a long way when runner-up at Windsor while Free Love has failed to show any progress after placing at Yarmouth in June.
