Verdict

David O’Meara has own two of the last three renewals but First Bombardment will need to improve again upped 6lb after finally opening his account at Beverley. Rusty Rocket carries 6lb extra for his win at Redcar during the week, though Paddy Piley’s claim negates most of that and he should go well again. But it could be the turn of FLICKA’S BOY (NAP) today as he went close to catching Pearl Noir at Ripon five days ago and can race off the same mark in this. Desert Command has shown no signs of taking advantage of a slide down the weights and Native Falls has his first start since August.
