Verdict

Dick Datchery and Romantic Vision are both penalised for winning. The latter won over the minimum trip here last month but the former hasn’t raced since scoring over today’s distance at Ayr in July. SERMON probably sets the standard off a mark of 80 and gets another chance to open his account back at this level having struggled in a valuable sales race at York last time. Wadi Al Salaam looks a likely improver while Draw Lots finished closer at Brighton last time and Great Image can only improve after a poor debut effort.
