    Verdict

Although Trigger Mead is entitled to come on from her debut run and she represents a top yard, it may pay to stick with Golden Skiis in this tricky little contest. St Jerome has bags of stamina in his pedigree and is taken to edge out Margold for the forecast slot. However, Golden Skiis, who just found Misternando too smart at Chepstow earlier in the month, looks to be progressing with each outing and the drop back to this trip may be the key to her for now. She is sure to appreciate a strong gallop and may just be able to dictate matters in a field of this size. She represents a yard that never waste their trips up the A1 and is confidently expected to get off the mark today.
