In depth

Verdict

Haasab has shown some potential in bumpers though hasn't encountered this sort of ground unlike Jaunty Flyer, beaten a neck over 3m in heavy going at Ffos Las. Rajapur won on soft ground at Redcar in November but ran very poorly in testing conditions at Fakenham on New Year's Day. TEESCOMPONENTS LAD has no problems with the going and looked like winning here last month when brought with a strong challenge. He appeared to be undone by inexperience and, with his rider's claim a bonus, he can get off the mark. Young Tom was behind in that latter event and looks held.
