Verdict
Red Fred has been kept busy in the early part of the season and has held his form well, although on Lingfield running, albeit on the polytrack, he has little in hand over Kinky Boots. The last named, who was making her debut that day, has since disappointed on the fibresand at Southwelll, but is expected to do better on grass. Dawn Alibi, a half-brother to three winners, is started off at a low level, but may need more time. Galaxy Fact, a cheap foal, is from a yard that warrents respect and the booking of Kevin Darley takes the eye. But preference is for Lurramio, who ran fast for a long way in what looked a fair event at Southwell and he can be expected to improve on that.
