Verdict

Rare Coincidence paid the price for going off too hard in front last time out but he can make amends here with a win at the main expense of Revolving World and Eijaaz. Plenty of inexperienced jockeys here so it won't come as much of a surprise if this race is won as much in the saddle as by the horse, however we will side with Rare Coincidence. The selection showed a good attitude last time out in defeat, battling back having been headed, and having won off this mark of 62 as a juvenile, he looks sure to give punters a good run for their money. Revolving World sprang a bit of a shock when winning last time out at 14/1 but if he continues to improve with that confidence booster under his belt, then he should go close if also handling the softer ground. Moyne Pleasure hasn't been in the greatest of form, both on the turf and the all-weather, but he deserves a check as a course and distance winner. Eijaaz is consistent but tends to find at least one too good and would prefer the ground on the quicker side, and whilst old-timer Red Sun could go well at a price, we will return to Rare Coincidence as the selection.
