Dark Shot came right back to form this month with wins here and at Nottingham. Although the feeling persists he's more effective nowadays over the minimum, his recent course win over six was achieved in really battling fashion. He loves to get on with things and is expected to try and dominate throughout. MUSCIKA, behind Dark Shot here last time, gives the impression he's going to strike sooner rather than later and a repeat of his close York third on his penultimate start would see him go close. Yukon Mission scored gamely at Pontefract recently and has proved a model of consistency this term, whilst Wade's Magic is another in-form sort not to be discounted
