In depth

Verdict

Onlytime Will Tell gets the narrow vote in a wide open finale, with Dancing Deano and Dorn Dancer the likely dangers. The selection is in really good heart at present and he was only narrowly denied by Dispol Isle last time. He has ground conditions to suit and he gets our vote. Dancing Deano has had his problems but he showed that those are behind him now with a winning effort at Carlisle last time. However, he has never won over today's trip and he may find a couple too good. Dorn Dancer is a likeable filly and she is well drawn but she is another who is not as effective over this trip so we will pass her over today. Desert Opal looked the winner before fading at Carlisle last time so he should not be dismissed lightly, but for the winner we will stick with the in-form Onlytime Will Tell.
