Verdict
Liverpool Echo, Bang And Blame and Auntie Kathleen are all shortlisted in this handicap chase and the nomination is given to Liverpool Echo. This 7-year-old finished in mid-division at Ludlow last time but this is a slight drop in class and he can make it count on ground that suits. Bang And Blame certainly has the form to get competitive here but his best efforts have been on a softer surface and for that reason we will take him on today. A similar comment would apply to Auntie Kathleen who has yet to prove herself on today's ground. Young Smokey looks the best of the others, but for the winner we will stick with Liverpool Echo.
