        Verdict

        Pendo is upped in class off a higher mark having won over 7f here three weeks ago. Squire won a lower grade contest over track and trip on his penultimate start while Ice Royal won at Sandown in July, though something went amiss when tailed off here in August. LOYALTY drops down a couple of grades and was ahead of Jack's Revenge when runner-up over track and trip last month. Derek Shaw’s veteran still looks up to winning at this level and gets the nod. Russian Radiance has a shout on his earlier second at Lingfield and is preferred to both Jimenez and One Pekan.
