    Verdict

Themaxwecan overcame his inexperience to win by a short-head at Bath on his debut. He should go close despite a penalty but BRASCA can take advantage of the weight concession. He’s a brother to a Group 3 winner over 1m3f so this longer trip will be to his liking after finding one too good over a mile at Leicester on his introduction. The remainder with racing experience make little appeal but Surrey Breeze and Starczewski are newcomers worth a second glance with the latter preferred as a half-brother to four winners.
