        Verdict

        BUCKINGHAM is penalised having won over course and distance twice this year including a decent handicap. He could only manage fifth in the Super Sprint at Newbury last time but should go close on these terms. Arctic Spirit was placed over 7f at Leicester recently but Picture Poet is preferred on his third at Yarmouth. Stellar Comet will likely finish closer on the back of a modest debut effort and the same comment applies to Rockshore.
