        Verdict

        Beau Amadeus was winning for the first time since 2011 when successful at Lingfield in July while Mary Ann Bugg won for the first time in 20 attempts when landing a Class 7 event here last week. Novabridge has recorded all 10 previous wins over 5f so a chance is taken on THUNDERBIRD handling the track after placing in four of her five starts so far all at Southwell. Legal Art was runner-up in a maiden here at the start of the year and is 6lb lower today.
