      Verdict

      PRETTY BABY made a promising start at York when beaten less than a length by May Girl, who was subsequently placed in a Group 2. She looks the one to beat with Ryan Moore taking over the reins. Havana Heart finished in front of Musical Theatre when fifth at Brighton but soft ground may have been a legitimate excuse for Angel's Whisper running poorly last time as she was runner-up at Windsor before that. The latter looks the main danger though Image may show further improvement and is preferred of the remainder.
