Verdict
Wolverhampton winner Assimilation is upped in trip but Red October won here last month, though in a lower grade. Prejudice is proving hard to win with off similar marks while Solid Stone has returned a beaten joint-favourite the last twice now and is 7lb higher than when last successful. Sky Defender is another high enough in the handicap while Global Heat hasn’t raced since Meydan in February, though represents last year’s winning yard. SWEET PROMISE has been aimed high since winning a novice race and has come up short in pattern company. But she’s undergone wind surgery since last in action and is fitted with a tongue-tie today so may well return to form handicapping for the first time.
