        Three of these were beaten by the progressive Mack The Knife in separate races last time with BRUTE FORCE preferred. The latter finished runner-up at Kempton and has the edge at the weights over Southwell third Dreadnoughtus and Dolphin Village, who was well beaten at Wolverhampton.
