Verdict

This looks wide-open with only 5lb separating top weight Zamdy Man from bottom weight and stablemate Burtons Well. FOXTAIL HILL will be among the market leaders but it’s difficult not to make a case for the hat-trick seeker, even though he’s gone up a further 7lb since winning a Grade 3 here in January. Gold Present appeared to run well behind Frodon at Kempton but all of his form is on much easier tracks. Bun Doran was stopped in his tracks by a bad mistake at Haydock last time and pulled up but could reverse that form today with eventual third Its'afreebee and makes more appeal than Double W's and Mixboy over this trip. Two Taffs could be an each-way bet in first-time cheekpieces but the Irish have a poor record in this and none of their six entries this year are likely to buck the trend. Henry De Bromhead runs three with Killiney Court possibly the pick of his trio.
